You can learn a great deal about an agricultural drone from specifications and videos, but seeing one operate in a real field is different. A live demonstration shows how the complete system comes together—from setup and mission planning to spraying, landing, loading and relaunch.

Ag Drones demonstrations give growers, custom applicators, agronomists and agricultural professionals a practical look at EAVISION technology. In approximately 75 minutes, you can see the equipment up close, watch it perform and ask how a spray drone may fit your operation.

What Will You See at the Demonstration?

The event begins with a brief introduction to Ag Drones and AgTek360 and a walk-through of the EAVISION J150. We discuss its liquid application and granular spreading capabilities, terrain following, autonomous operation, safety considerations and the practical realities of adding drone technology to an agricultural operation.

You will then see the J150 complete two different flight workflows:

  • Ground takeoff and spraying: pre-flight checks, spray parameters, autonomous mission planning and real-time adjustments
  • Dock workflow: takeoff, RTK precision landing—or manual landing if RTK is unavailable—battery exchange, automated refill and relaunch

 

The team will also explain granular capacity, calibration, disk speed, gate control and spread pattern. Together, these demonstrations provide a much clearer picture of the complete field workflow than specifications alone.

Can Attendees Fly the Drone?

Certified RPAS pilots may have an opportunity to experience manual flight under the direction of the demonstration team. Participation is not guaranteed and depends on certification, safety requirements, weather, site conditions and the direction of the Ag Drones team. If you are interested, bring proof of your current RPAS pilot certification.
